Priyanka Chopra gets Akon to India
International singing sensation Akon had come down to India for Shah Rukh Khan earlier. This time, we hear he’ll be in India for his music album partner Priyanka Chopra.
Sources said PC and Akon are gearing up for a duet performance at the big fat Indian wedding celebration of Puru Sethia, who belongs to the Sethia business family in UK. The source said, “They are a huge business family in London and wanted to have a lavish wedding in India. They booked all major palaces in Udaipur for the functions that will be held between November 21-24.”
The celebrations have been planned accordingly. “Akon and Priyanka will be performing at the sangeet, which is to take place at Jag Mandir palace in Udaipur. Akon will be flown down to the city in a chartered flight on November 22. Apart from them, famous violinist Vanessa Mae will be performing at the wedding on November 24. Kailash Kher, Raja Hasan and DJ Aqeel will perform on November 21 and 23,” added the source.
A 110-member circus group from US, Cirque De Soleil, has also been invited to perform during the wedding festivities.
