What Zarine Khan is up to

She made her Bollywood debut with the Salman Khan-starrer Veer (2010). Since then, Zarine Khan has apparently been so busy that she’s barely taken any time off. Though her debut wasn’t exactly a success, she got popular for her striking resemblance to Katrina Kaif. Zarine did an item number in one of last year’s highest grossing films, Ready, and was also a part of this year’s blockbuster, Housefull 2.

However, Zarine, who has been busy doing films down south besides performing at shows and concerts, has not been able to go on a vacation for a while now.

But now, we hear that the actor is soon going to take off on a month-long holiday. A source tells us, “Zarine has been in back-to-back shoots, events and appearances. She was looking to take a quick holiday after her ‘Character dheela’ song shoot, but then she immediately started working on Housefull 2.

The success of both the song and the film led to several requests for stage performances for her.” The source adds, “Zarine recently did a seven-city tour around north India and is finally looking to take a break after her Dubai show with Salman Khan. She has instructed her team to clear her schedule for 10 days after that, so that she can go off on her much-needed holiday with her girlfriends.”
